Be GRATEFUL My Friends :)

Since this is the holiday week I am going to make this post pretty short and sweet. PLEASE have the most wonderful week this Thanksgiving holiday. You must be grateful and give gratitude for all that you have. I know alot of us are always striving for more and we completely forget to take a second and be grateful for all that we have. There are so many things to be thankful for and as you’re reading this I want to try and spark some of these feelings for you…. To live in this country, for your strong and vibrant health, for your amazing life partner, for your loving and supportive friends/ family, for the magic moments that happened this week, for all of the abundance in your life, for the people that you can help, for the people that help you, for the smile your son just gave you, for the beautiful space you live in, for all of the accomplishments you have achieved and will achieve…and the list can go on and on. I encourage you to continue your list and truly be grateful. I can promise you that feeling grateful trumps any feeling. More specifically, if you are frustrated or stressed but then take a second to do this exercise I have just described you will find it IMPOSSIBLE to be upset and grateful at the same time. And you are putting yourself in a MUCH better state.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone. I am so grateful for my amazing life and all of the amazing people in it.

With LOTS of LOVE & GRATITUDE,
Eleni
