Interior Designers….Tweetchatting??

So guess what I recently discovered! Tweetchat!  I am sure some you internet gurus already have found out about it but I just learned of it about 4 weeks ago and think it’s better than sliced bread!

When it comes to social media, I would consider myself pretty knowledgeable…plainly said, I can hold my own.  And so over the past year I have been bringing my offline business online as well as helping other interior designers to do the same.  So of course we all do the blogging, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and the list goes on.   I see the need for all components but I have to be honest in saying that Twitter has been losing its luster to me.  But with the new discovery of Tweetchat, I think the power of Twitter is the coolest thing ever and let me tell you why!

For those of you who don’t know what Tweetchat is, it is as follows:  It is  a free downloadable software that is linked to your Twitter account and allows you to host (or participate in) a live chat.  It’s basically a chat room, yes.  But the difference is that all of your activity throughout the chat gets posted on your wall.  It’s yet another great way for you to get indexed on Google with certain key words and linked to specific conversations that pertain to you and your key words.

Being an interior designer, I wanted to call a Tweetchat for interior designers and any other professionals related to our field to see how this thing really works.  And you know what?  I was hooked after the first Tweetchat!  It’s so fantastic to connect with other professionals in your industry and have a live mastermind/networking session all in the comfort of your own home!   So every Wednesday at 5pm PST I host a live Tweetchat as a standing appointment.  The buzz is really starting to build and new and interesting interior designers are joining our sessions each week.  And remember by participating in every Wednesday’s Tweetchat you are simultaneously building your SEO.

If you have not yet signed up for Tweetchat, make sure you have a Twitter account first, then go towww.Tweetchat.com and sign up.  If you are a fellow designer and would like to join our Tweetchats PLEASE feel free to join us ANY Wednesday at 5pm PST and introduce yourself atwww.tweetchat.com/room/eleniliapakis .  It’s a FANTASTIC way for us all to network no matter where we are geographically!

If you have any other questions and need help with any of this PLEASE feel free to contact me anytime!   I look forward to connecting with all of you!

Live with Passion!
